Insurance coverage is available for nutrition consultations.

BASIC SERVICE: (minimum recommended service: Initial consultation, plus 1-hour follow-up)
      Initial Consultation (1.5 hour)--- $180
  • Collect information on medical/social history, dietary habits, and lifestyle.
  • Collection of 24-hour dietary recall for computer analysis, to be reviewed in follow-up visit.
  • Screen for dietary risks of chronic disease.
  • Prioritize health goals and present initial recommendations.
      $140 per hour after Initial Consultation
  • Reassess health goals.
  • Follow up on recommendations from previous consultation.
  • Modify or add recommendations, as needed.
  • Review computer analysis of dietary recall and discuss appropriate changes.
  • Provide meal planning, food ideas, and/or shopping tips.
Grocery Store Tour --- $140
  • 1 hour tour.
  • Tour the PCC, Whole Foods Market, Ballard Market, or your favorite grocery store.
  • Customized tour based on client's health goals and preferences: may focus on produce section, bulk foods, prepared foods, packaged foods, cooking tips and healthy meal planning.
  • Tips on reading food labels and making healthier choices.
Telephone/Email Consultation ---- $35 per 1/4 hour
  • For clients who have had an initial consultation and one follow-up visit.
  • Intended to answer additional questions and provide support.
SPECIAL PACKAGES:
  3-Pack with Grocery Store Tour* ---- $410 You save $50!
  • Initial consultation (1.5 hour)
  • 1 hour Follow-up
  • 1 hour Grocery Store Tour
  6-Pack (six appointments)* --- $780 You save $100!
  • Initial consultation (1.5 hour)
  • Five 1 hour Follow-up visits, or ten 30 minute Follow-up visits,
    • or mix and match for a total of 300 minutes of appointments.
    Grocery store tour may replace of one of the 1 hour Follow-up visits.
  6-Pack for Established Clients(six appointments)* --- $625 You save $215!
  • Available to clients who have completed the initial consultation.
  • Six 1 hour Follow-up visits, or twelve 30 minute Follow-up visits,
    • or mix and match for a total of 360 minutes of appointments.
 NEW! Bariatric Phone-based Sessions* --- $370 You save $50!
  These specially designed phone sessions are for those who have had bariatic surgery or are planning to have bariatric surgery.
  • Initial consultation (1 hour phone appointment)
  • Four 30 minute phone sessions or 120 minutes of phone appointments.

Private one-on-one sessions,  focused on strength and core training for both men and women.  Specialized programs are provided for women who want to tone the body and maintain bone density.  Sheri's dance training introduces a unique program for developing balance and agility; particularly beneficial for older adults.  Customized exercise programs are taught so that they can be continued in the privacy of your own home or continued at a gym.  An excellent program for those who are intimidated by the health club environment or  prefer to work-out independently and creatively with minimal equipment.  

LOCATIONS: Training sessions are offered at Outrageously Fit in Ballard and to members of the Bayview Retirement Community Wellness Center by special arrangement.

Single 60 minute session --- $80 (plus tax)

FITNESS TRAINING PACKAGES:
  • 4-Pack* (four 60 min. sessions) ---- $290 (plus tax) You save $30!

  • 8-Pack* (eight 60 min. sessions) --- $525 (plus tax) You save $115!

  • 12 or more sessions* --- $65 (plus tax)  per 60 minute sesssion. You save $15 per session!

Payment Requirements: All packages are prepaid by cash or check at first training session.

No insurance coverage is available for personal training or phone based counseling but is available for in person nutrition appointments.
*All package appointments must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Full payment must be received by the first appointment. No refunds are allowed.
