The abundant produce of the summer will be winding down as we transition to a new season.   Get it while you can - green beans, tomatoes, basil, lettuce, summer squash, corn, raspberries, blueberries, melons and all kinds of stone fruit (apricots, nectarines and peaches)  Buy extra berries to freeze and enjoy during the autumn and winter season.
It's a great time to make salads with berries, creative raw salads, whole grain bowls and vegetable stir fries to pack for work or school.

picture of nutritionist/trainer I believe there is no "one size fits all" plan for nutrition and fitness.  We all have individual needs and they need to be respectfully addressed when creating plans for nutrition and activity.  Successful programs are a collaborative effort that address your needs and lifestyle as whole.  I welcome you to take this opportunity to discover your optimal health.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.  more about Sheri
Current Thoughts

September is another transition time back to school and back to work.    But that doesn't mean we can lose focus on our health, ever more important to for us to stay productive.   We look forward to the continued roll-out of the vaccine and management of COVID-19 infections.  However, we'll need to hold out a bit longer, to continue to physically distance and wear masks as required by the state and local businesses.   Let's keep everyone healthy!

Get outside to view nature, whether in the city or the wilderness to lift our mood.  Find some fun activity to do indoors if the air quality is poor.

Meanwhile, I'm offering a hybrid of in-person (vaccinated only) and virtual personal training and/or nutrition appointments, based upon your personal preferences.

Let me guide you towards sustaining healthy habits in nutrition and fitness with my Health Coaching skills.  I've come to appreciate how an established healthy lifestyle has made my life more comfortable and enjoyable.  This doesn't mean it's always easy.  It takes constant re-evaluation and commitment, often difficult when life gets stressful, busy and complicated.

Happy Labor Day!
