Happy New Year, Healthy New
You!
This is the time to set new
goals for your health and well-being. Discover the new you
at optimal health and performance. The right support and
information is key to successfully meeting your goals.
- Optimal Weight—
It’s all about the math, once your calorie level is calculated for your
age, gender and activity level the pounds will melt off without feeling
deprived or suffering from extreme hunger attacks. Getting the right
calorie intake level supports gradual weight loss and keeps the weight
off in the long term.
- Nutrient Balance—If
your diet is missing in essential nutrients you will be susceptible to
illness, fatigue, skin problems and potential emotional
issues. A dietary analysis gives you the specific
information for getting your diet into proper balance for optimal
health and well-being.
- Detoxification Plan—
If you’ve been eating poorly or over-indulging in alcoholic beverages
over the holidays, a detox plan can clear your system and provide a
fresh start to the new year.
This is also beneficial if you have chemical sensitivities, or are
exposed to chemicals in your profession or living environment.
- Customized Nutrition—
A customized nutrition plan is the way to go if you have specific
needs. Planning for a triathlon, marathon, a new addition to the
family, surgical recovery, or diet for food
allergies/intolerances? All these can be addressed through a
targeted nutrition plan to meet your individual needs.
All the above areas can be addressed by Sheri. She has many
years of experience in working with nutrient analyses, calorie balance
and customized nutritional needs.
